I wanted to share some important news with you all. This will be my final issue of the Scottsdale Patch newsletter, as Patch has decided to discontinue the curated newsletter program. I have truly enjoyed keeping you all updated on our community news and events, and even though this newsletter will no longer be available, you can still reach out to me via email (provided at the end of the newsletter).
Now, let’s dive into what’s happening in Scottsdale. In this issue, you will find:
1. Canal Convergence: This exciting event starts on Friday. The theme for this year is “The Power of Play.” It is a free arts event featuring large-scale, light-based art, workshops, live performances, and more. The activities, events, and exhibitions will take place from November 3 to November 10, with Friday and Saturday timings from 6 to 10 pm and all other nights from 6 to 9 pm. 2. Arts and Crafts Fair: Get ready for a unique shopping experience at the 38th Annual Arts and Crafts Fair on Saturday, November 4th, at the Granite Reef Senior Center, 1700 N from 9 am to 2 pm. You can explore a wide variety of original artwork, jewelry, photography, glass, ironwork, textiles, and more from over 150 vendors. 3. Scottsdazzle Celebrations: Save the dates for the future Scottsdazzle events, starting from Saturday, November 25th. Kick off the holiday season with the annual sing-along and tree lighting ceremony at the Scottsdale Waterfront Canal Bank at 7 pm. This ceremony marks the beginning of a month filled with Scottsdale festivities, including holiday light tours, puzzle rides, scavenger hunts, and even Santa at the farmers market.
